One Unique bill should be passed by the centre, same like GST . Its like centre is pushing for Cashless transactions and state govts are still dealing with cash .

My suggestions are- 1.Using POS macnhine should be encouraged more and more, 2.Rural areas should get more cashless means as they have less banks in their area. 3.People using debit cards and cashless means should be given cash back and prizes to encourage more and more cashless transactions. 4.Bank charges on use of cards and cashless means should be minimum or no charges.#WatalCommittee #DigitalPayments #DepartmentOfEconomicAffairs #NITIAayog #MyGov

Govt should instruct the bank to reduce interest and charges of cards. govt should put money of some welfare schemes in their bank account only and instruct the people should use the half of the money "you have use it by swiping machine".

1. Govt. should give order to the retailer to maintain POS machines. For this purpose Banks should give machine with easy EMIs and Subsidy as per the annual rotation of the retailer.

1.Convert all Co-operative banks into main banks, this will reduce irregularities.
2.Give Rupay card to every debit/credit card holders instead of VISA,MAESTRO cards as this stop charges taken by visa, mastero cards.
3.BHIM app should have a wallet facility.
4.BHIM App should have option of online recharge, metro card recharge, gas, traffic challan, power, water and other govt bills & private company bills also.
