Let us go ahead with the implementation of the ArthaKranti Proposal in its true spirit fully. It can convert the Nation in the Developed category with multiple $TRILLIION potential in no time.
Now the resistance will be from the taxation department as the department itself will be dismantled for good. Let us start a grassroots level campaign for ARTHAKRANTI proposal....which will take India to Less Cash Eco.

Limit for withdrawl of cash from current/saving account abused by opening the mutiple account in different bank. So it is high time to redtrict account holder to have a. Single account or it my be done by alloting a single account nuber for a person which can be used fr all banks.

Inspire of BHIM app launched, people are not paying through it. Reason behind it that Private sector where payments through it can be easily monitored, is hesitating in adopting it and in government sector payments it's not practicable due to monitoring issue at the payment counters. Govt. will have to ensure its use for govt. bill payments which will make its use public handy. Then we can hope for lesscash economy. It must be done as early as possible before returning to the old trend of cash.

2. For RuPay card Security, by default, restrict the RuPay card usage within 100 kilometers from the card billing address plus India wide government services like train and bus services. With this, if card fraud happens then local police can help. 90% of the users will use the card with in 100 kilometers from their home. Those who wants to use India wide can opt in by calling their bank.

1. Debit card transaction fee should be less than Rs.10/- if not free. Visa and Mastercard will not accept this low fee. So government need to enforce all the banks to issue RuPay cards to every customer in India. RuPay card transaction fee can be fixed by Government so Indian Government can decide the Debit card transaction fee. In Europe, Visa&Mastercard charges few pence per transaction unlike 1-3% in India.

Sir...To promote the less cash economy...Some negative pills are also required..one of those may be..1. All the inter bank(NEFT/RTGS) and intra bank transfer transaction should be allowed free of charge if done by the customer using online banking facility. If done by the bank branches manually than there should be reasonably high service charge ...this will compel the business enterprises positively to start using the online facility..majority of businessman are still not going for these servic
