My Views as citizen from interior village..
Kindly make sure all the digital payments will have no extra charges. This is the main reason most of people like me don't want to use digital transactions. For example if I fill fuel for 500RS they are catching 14RS as surcharge. Another example if I do NEFT of 10,000RS bank is taking 5.75RS as their service charge.
I am supporting digital transactions with no extra service charge.

My suggestion is on digital payments: Idea is to educate all people of villages and taluk level for digital/mobile payments.
Most villages now do have banks. The respective govt bank along with gram panchayat can help educating villages people. Along with knowledge people will also kadvantages of digital payment will enable them start using digital payments.
As most of the banks too have their digital payment methods along with aadhar based.
This would further reduce the dependency on cash.

All ATMs in india should be operate on latest software and whole ATMs in india should be maintained by indian firms.
Government should introduce and implement india's own browser, processor, email firms, and all devices used for software.

It will be a good idea for the customer to have minimal infrastructure at their end to do digital transaction.
For eg the bank has the mobile number of the customer linked to his bank account. Based on this the merchant asks for the mobile number of the customer and then punches the amount, the customer gets a sms or email with the otp and amount details with merchant name. Customer gives the OTP number and the transaction is done.

There should be no transaction charges for cashless transfer by banks, card companies and merchants.
Immediate money transfer at free of cost and there should be no limit for this.
Availability of option for cashless payment at every shop. (It should be compulsory for shops to have an option for cashless payment)
