PM SIR plz have alook at it..
first of all there is no need to build the new institutions instead try to strenghten the existing ones...
Every year thousands of MBBS/BAMS DOCS are passing out absorb them into govt hosp giving them some incentives or allowances such that they are attracted towards it..
Really saying dont under estimate the BAMS graduates they have knowledge as well as skills in handling patients ...
In short we have the work force i.e potential to be health efficient

there is virtually no performance of health system as it stinks with corrupt officials and staff who are a visible threat to current system. Public health care system should be dismantled and instead all citizen should be given right to live healthy and be treated with best medical facility available with worrying about its cost

dear Mr Pm,
I would like to request you help farmer financially and request all financial institution to restructure their loans for long term and also give them insurance on loans given to them .So that by any reason of failure of crops farmer may not have to commit suicide and give a message immediately to farmers that they do not have to bother about loan repayment instead they should take fresh loan from bank and look forward for new crop season. This matter need immediate and constant

our public health system stinks and there is no point in infusing any further money for it modernization instead we should insure each and every citizen of this with health insurance where he and she can go to any hospital and get himself treated and all his medical expenses will be borne by company irrespective of expenditure. Each and every citizen in this country has right to be treated with best medical facility

Need to safeguard water resources from contamination by sewage. One of major criminal mistake. Our sewage gets into nearby lake, reaches into borewell, people use it for cooking and many drink. All cities and towns should have sewage treatment plant, preferably run by private with some incentive methods or under CSR

In INDIA, Health system can be improved by making Healthcare products. Currently we are importing diagnostic and other equipments so, Cost of Treatment is high. If we can make the products at low cost. Then it is affordable for everyone in our nation with minimal rate.

In my opinion the quality of care is the utmost important issue with the Public Health Sector.Sustainability of the model is important and very difficult and but yet possible to do it.At this point of time, it is like fad and fashion. Currently, there are various standards of accreditation and every standard criticizes the other standard and in this way the service provides are really in a confusion state. Since majority of these decisions are taken at top level and they have to just implement.
