I have been to Pune for 15 years(studied & worked),witnessed changes every month, but coming back to Imphal, nothing has changed except only govt contractors getting richer day by day, parking their cars in the middle of the road where no sign of traffic police. Worst part is getting maxi of 4-6 hrs electric supply daily, motor able road withing 0 km of state capital, that too only the main roads! How will we remember Congress CM who has been running the state for 13yrs! Please something dear PM

Every village have to be gov society.In which two tractor for farming of field of all villager's in nominal price,like diesel & some fee.Society have to be all type of kinds for farming & develop milk products,water delivery pipe,Diesel engine pump .Two or three people are gov appoint & some member's are villager's.
