Namaskaar to one and all !! My views on how to stop 'brain drain' are to promote manufacturing sector and to promote entrepreneurship in our country. Today we have emerged as a service hub, wherein our near but not so dear neighbor China is manufacturing all range of products, whether its the cheapest (chapal) or the costliest (i.e. I-Phone) and USA owns all the major business head offices of major companies.The question is why because they have promoted entrepreneurship in their country.

For this I suggest you to implement basic yoga syllabus and basic yoga exercise right from primary education. Because this is the right age to start the yoga for wholistic development of child. University Grants Commission is real mess, I am working on a UGC major research fellow since last 2 and 1/2 years. The 1st instalment of the said grant was disbursed in June 2012 since then we haven't any further instalment despite of sending the utilizations,reminding time and again. Now they raising the stipend they announced the same but implementation and most importantly the delivery/disbursement will take......??

Brain Drain can be stopped by recognizing “genuine” talent rather than donations etc. There should be more trade and exchange of goods. More job opportunities should be provided to people. Employees in India leave the country and opt for studies aboard only because they can work and study. In India this is not possible. People here are barely able save. Due to this, the professionals prefer to stay out of the country for better prospects and save money. Universities need to offer opportunities not just for studies but also jobs on the campus. This way students can also work and study. If they can get such provisions in their own country, Brain-Drain can definitely be stopped.

Namaste. Every citizen can be employed to do some work. Let us form into small groups, let us say by streets. All the people living in one street can come together & take corrective actions to make street clean and vibrating. Help each other, share whatever possible. Govt can give concessions in taxes for such activities or aid to develop the street. This will partially reduce unemployment & under employment.This is social responsibility of every citizen. In turn Govt can develop infrastructure
