Create jobs for the youth.Make the system of recruitment transparent. Let merit be the criteria for selection not bhai-batijawaad and political interventions.Top of all need to understand what is there in West that we cannot offer our youth. After all nobody wants to stay as a second grade citizen in some other country but all they want to have a good life, better facilities and secured future.

Reform labour laws immediately holistically. In IT sector, Indian workforce are highly exploited financially and socially. We hardly get the privilege to celebrate our own independence day or republic day but stay at home on their thanksgiving or independence day. The number of working hours are abnormal with disproportionate pay, specially for entry level resources. We are not entitled for any fixed amount of sick leaves which is inhuman and irrational. Pls reform laws to make these conditions

At the geographical levels of State, district,and taluk, why not we create a talent pool of management professionals to have a deeper insight into reviewing locally available resources, utilisation level, value addition potential, employment generation with sustainability, training and development etc purely on professional expertise basis rather than politico bureaucratic interventions.

The higher education sector needs certain immediate interventions: 1.For every specialised area/ discipline, we have central / state universities like technical universities. Whereas, for Management education& research, we still treat it as a part of general stream or as a part of technical universities at state level. This leads to dilution in focus, efforts and resources deployment and utilisation. WHY NOT A STATE LEVEL UNIVERSITY FOR MANAGEMENT EDUCATION

honble osd pmo office,delhi,i am much shocked to say that TAHSILDAR OF SOHAVAL FAIZABAD UP HAS MISUSED HIS POWER .HE HAS MADE PA 11 AND ALLOTED ANCESTERAL PROPERTY TO CRIMINALS,AFTER DEATH OF FATHER WHO WAS AN EMINENT SAINT OF AYODHYA.ONE OF MY BROTHER IS DIEING WITH CANCER AND DUE TO PVERTY I AM UNABLE TO SALE LAND FOR TREATMENT.CASE WAS IN PENDING AND KANOONGO HAS GIVEN REPORT IN MY FAVOUR BUT TAHSILDAR ORDERED WITHIN 8 DAYS AND FIRST DATE OF HEARING WAS AFTER A MONTH.PLEASE HELP ME.

Railway should give his Unused land (certain Parts Only ) along the rail track for Flowers Plantations to the villagers near by on Profit Sharing Basis .
