How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

The main reason for brain drain is the money. Students paid huge amount of money in college and university but only some students have been placed and rest will be given degree and hav to find job themselves. I think every college hav to take responsibility of every single student who had admitted until they cannot get a good job or they hav to refund some money to help to setup student business. This would be serious problem every year universities give Lacs of degree but only few jobs nowadays

Our Government should work on all released projects only if they have time to monitor and make it clear whether it is functioning on the basis of organised and target to be fulfilled. No individual in INDIA till today i have seen discussing about the projects release seriously and many don't even know the and even if they have seen the promos they are not interested in understanding the motive behind the project which is the expense in crores.

The very basis of education should be job creation. The institutes should have targets to place their passing out students. This will force these institutes (Private as well as Govt.) to start courses that have the potential to lead the students to a job. If a certain percentage( as guided by policy) of students of a particular course are not able to find placement for 2 consecutive years, then the course should be discontinued. Proper market research on employability should be mandatory.
