Every year government has to organise an open competition for the innovative ideas and the innovators are funded for continuing their ideas.

The polices SEAT RESERVATION should be band from every school and collage. And those having problem like financial and those not have interest to studym for them govt. have to build new collage and school,specially for them only and there should be some govt. agent to trace them weather they using those facility in correct way or not... have a good day.
