How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Every leader of the BJP in Allahabad and in Varanasi using the Face of Great PM for hiding his work , so It is my request to every leader that as our Great PM has done well in Past like in Gujraat , in the same way , every leader of the BJP should work on ground level, if they work on ground level then they do not need to advertise their work , the work start reflecting its importance in the society , I am also worker and member of BJP from last two year

Some universities are of such kind which makes unfair certificates and two mark sheets for a single student. Dr. K. N. Modi University (Campus Plot No. INS-1, RIICO Industrial Area, Ph-II, Newai, dist. Tonk - 304021 Rajasthan) is an example of it.

IIT aur MBA jaise college mein admission ke waqt ek bond bhi bharwaya jaye jisme student ki reading complete honey ke baad use 5 year's tak desh ke bahar janey per rok ho. agar student bond na Bharey to use addmission na diya jaye. issey ye benifite hoga ki koi bhi bahari company jo ki desh de bahar hogi wo student's ko hire nahi kar payge & secondly 5 yrs tak desh ke liye work kartey hue student ko bhi desh se bahar janey mein koi benifit nahi dikaye dega. but hai unhey salary high deni hogi.

After completing BE (IP), MBA (Marketing) and 4 years experience I am currently idle. So, its natural thing I look out for job outside India where my education and work is valued. If Govt or any of the Limited or Private companies provide good opportunity then we will be settled in India only. Identify all areas and give scope to all. This can stop 'brain drain' up to some extent.

I think everyone is aware abt brain drain. It means emigration of highly intelligent and skilled resources to our countries for achieving high pay and status. In every issues are hidden some root causes. The main cause for emigration is seen in developing countries like India. At the same tym It has evolved from the past. The govt of India shd establish firms which pays mch enough to our highly skilled resource and start initiatives to build that resource to take part in growth of country's economy and at the same tym making country's status as "DEVELOPED". This was my view. What u guys say??
