Honorable PM , Points according me that will bring change are :- 1-There should be reservation according to economy class not according to caste . 2.The minimum qualification for selection in various field should be slight less because more talented pupils due to less marks for certain reasons are left behind . 3.There should be agriculture training institute where village people will be trained to use modern technology for farming as well as to overcome whether condition .

According to me Brain Drain affects a nation's economy since skilled, intelligent people migrate to other countries, some people migrate for their passion on studies and research and some people for welfare of their lives. Latter want to make money and settle soon, which is not possible in India.

Sir we have to set antisucide Call centres where any One Can Call Who Wants To Sucide Because of Unemployment Or Because of Studies . So in This Way 1)we Can Stop People of Commiting Sucide . 2) And by building Call Centres It can create Jobs .

life style must be improved in our army n all other forces..forces should attract Btec & IIT students,start production units in forces. forces must be protective & productive too. production under discipline force wil be controlled by govt. u can also increase jobs. Aft 15yrs in force, jawans from ops areas can be diverted to production side. force can do miracles in this way. china is doing it y cant we start this ??
