3.) Hostile Environment for Young Enterprenuers. Technology boom has to happen within the young minds. Most of the young brains are enterprenuiring now. Create a good environment for them and they will build a Silicon Valley here. Lets brains *DRAIN BACK*.

2.) Hostile environment for skill development. Technology doesnt develop through degrees, colleges and jobs. Its all about enthusiasm. Technology has always been my hobby since childhood but I always faced a hostile environment here. Schools, Colleges, Society,... everyone was looking at it with a frown. Lack of availability of resources been a huge problem too. But whats causing all these? Attitude. Its all about attitude. If we can change the attitude of coming generation, its all fixed.

'm a Software Engg. and I'll put it the way I feel it. Why brains drain? *1.) Educational and Work Culture In Bharath.* Bad culture in our current education creates a lot of less skilled people. It also makes it difficult to sort out talents. This makes Bharath not a good place to hire. This also forces industrialists to establish their enterprises with bad work culture targetted for lesser brains which makes it a hostile place for better brains. Thus, the better brains drain away.

Sir, Increase the hospital and also increase the doctors in govt sector,like in AIIMS if we increse the doctors then we can remove the problem who are waiting for there number for health checkup,increse the staff in office to overcome the problem and work can be done in 3 days .

Please remove cast reservation in government job it will help the person who realy have intalligent mind, skills.....

Respected Shri N.Modi ji, I highly appreciate the recent changes , I have seen at railway stations. Now , We can say that something new vibrant energy is flowing in our nation. But , for consistency in this cleanliness campaign more awareness is required. I would like to share my idea for this.
