Lack of opportunity, pay scale and lack of infrastructures is the important factor affecting brain drain. Every citizen in India needs high standards so we need to promote development of new town of cities and time to think what we need to have after 30 years advantage. Now we are concentrating only on short term goals. All other country should envy about India after seeing our technology standards and living conditions and this need to be our dream goal.
