Make it compulsory for all the students to work atleast one year after the student completes their studies from the university like it is for the doctors and companies should be given instruction to take fresh graduates as intern for 1 year. This way there will be employment opportunities for students and they will get one year experience as well as skill development will also take place, this will also help the country to retain the best talents and unemployment ration will go down drastically.

Now, we have to live without fear or insecurity of foreign rule. At the same time, we should not grade our own people with caste or religion or even economic background. We have to like and respect every Indian. Every person has right to grow without any discrimination in society. Regarding brain and intelligent, every student or employee must compete with internationally to show talent. Then you can serve India like Vishal Sikka ( CEO of Infosys).

There was no use of Brain in India nearly 1000 years of foreign rule, from Muslim to British. There were only few people from good family background able to use, Majority people have been surviving to live for day to day life. Just now Mr Modi has given hope that most of the Indian population will dream big with their Brains without any discrimination of caste or creed. Reservations are just govt policy not helping to who really need, if it really works then there should no poor in India.

Reasons for Brain Drain In India; lack of opportunities, recognition, reservation system. Because they pay more salaries for employees in Abraod. In India there is like 20 taxes present in India. And parents wanted their sons/daughters to settle in abroad so that they can proudly tell to neighbors. Govt should have considered these points in there mind and should study entire society system and can create/implement best oppartunity accordingly.
