आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी हमें विदित है कि हमारे देश की सुरक्षा को लेकर विगत सरकारें हमेशा से निष्क्रिय रही हैं जिसके वजहों से हमारे जल सेना, थल सेना व वायु सेना की ताकत उतनी नहीं है जितने बडे देश के सुरक्षा के लिए होना चाहिए। अतः देश व नागरिकों के जानमाल की सुरक्षा का दाईत्व संवैधानिक तौर पर चुनी हुई सरकार का होता है। अतः आपको सुझाव है कि "राष्ट्रीय देश भक्ति फंड" का एक अलग से" रिजर्व बैंक " में खाता खोले जिसमें हर नागरिक अपने इच्छा से सीधे चेक द्वारा सहयोग राशि जमा कर सके।ध्यान रहे कि इस खाते की राशि सिर्फ और सिर्फ देश की सुरक्षा संयंत्रों की सुसज्जित करने हेतु एवं देश के शहीद जवानों व शहीद नागरिकों के कल्याणकारी योजनाओं हेतु हो अन्यथा न हो।आपको परिकल्पना नहीं होगी कि यदि १२५ करोड़ नागरिक रू०१००/ भी दे तो देश

Therefore, 15 ITBP aspirants fall to death from speeding trains during 2011 and lots of other accidents which occurred and we have lost our innocent children’s many times. First Commission a survey in an area as to what skill development areas need to be run there as per popular demand as well job aptitudes. Then design the programs in the desired languages and impart training with proper follow up thereafter. This job needs to be done in partnership with NGOs active in that area and also trusted by locals there. This will help uplift the poor more than any doles can do.

Why people leave the country ? Because these people are attracted by salary, lifestyle, status offered by MNCs. So why dont we retain such people by offering the same here. We should educate people about the social culture. People have started being hungry for money. This is very bad for india.

State priority should be to provide good quality primary/ secondery education free of cast to citizens.Above secondery education should be on commercial basis and Bank Loans with state guarantee should be provided.
