How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Sorry to info that we have lot of jobs(posts) empty under quotes. Instead of keeping it for the same person the government /company should change the rule that after all the applications received, the organisation should see if there are no or less application for certain post under quotes u should be change the remaing posts of quote to general & fill posts so that no posts empty and works moves on smoothly without hassel.

Many of the Private companies are not providing payslip to their employees. The worker fails to know his earnings / deductions and if at all those are right. In the name of PF, deductions are made but not deposited many a times, and the worker has no proof to claim. A provision (1) To upload the salary slip at website of concerned labour and Provident fund commissioner.(2) Accessibility of salary slip by the worker with his identification data, Will help people get their due rights .

Can we develop 'low cost & high utilization solar inverters' ? Many nodal Government / DC offices in India, don't have inverters...As power shortage & abnormal load shedding is common, people everyday suffer a lot...Eg: Imagine a farmer, an old grand mother,a women carrying her small baby, small kids etc. They all visit to get their Aadhar card, wait for hours & hours, waste their day because there is no power to take photo, biometrics etc. Also what about poor utilization of Government Staff ?

NITI AAYOG established by Modi ji, should find ways to reverse brain drain. But do not allow entry of any such person, whom I call 'NAWAB FOR 35 YEARS' (officers recruited by public service commissions), in Niti Aayog, otherwise, it will have the same fate like its predecessor. The slow pace of reforms under Modi ji is only due to resistance, zero innovation thinking of majority of 70 Central Secretaries who are neither suo moto doing any reforms in their ministry nor encouraging others.

As private health care costs escalate in the world for treatment, more people are pursuing cross-border options for a range of procedures. Most are drawn to developing countries that can offer equivalent treatment at a fraction of the cost there. Finding the right hospital & correct information is often a stumbling block for medical tourists. We should have professional adviser available in each Indian embassy in Visa section, like we have for tourism.

Drain works only when there is vent provided. If , vents are plugged in there is no questions of draining out. Now the question is how to plug in the vent. Like water Indian brains are flowing ahead in search of a ocean instead of a beautiful lake. So, its our responsibility to now to introspect the matter. Just like to make an abandoned water body into a beautiful place that could attract the tourists. So, we have to restructure the the country's existing support facilities attractive .

More funding to research scholars, good education and employment system should be introduced to retrieve our Talent. More factories and manufacturing hubs should be added in small towns so that Youth would not run in bigger cities for Job Opportunities.

we ll get zero profit from foreign company ex: 1 coca cola company(American) 1 bottle can manufactured in 70 paise..(including all salaries.transportation....) + 30 paisa for advertisement...+ 1 rupee for tax..and company can sell those bottle in india @ 8-10 rupees. and indian citizen buy them @ 13rupees..means indian gov get 1 rupee and forgine company took 6-8 rupees to home form indian citizen(india currency).. means our indian money is getting transfered in lack of crores every year
