How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

There are multiple reasons for brain drain. 1. Lack of opportunities 2. Salary differential 3. Lack of facilities & utilities 4. Lack of Citizen Engagement 5. Law & order safety If we start looking to resolve these issues from ground up, people will be compelled to look inwards. One suggestion is to build 1 smart city in every state that works as an SEZ to be major hub for jobs in that state. With time target 2 cities per state and process continues till whole state’s infrastructure improves.

1. give opportunity to entrepreneur..at least to IIT and IIM scholar.situation are worst .you know even they agree to join isis..its just for security and seed capital of business 2.remove reservation to top intuition, jobs 3.give responsibility and keep faith on scholar, not on criminal for any type of tender..such as remove extra paper work. consider at ability, qualification as criteria.. 4. simple principle of any life... assets= liability+equity.if you've more knowledge, you want to earn m

To stop this brain drain Goverment should take initiatives such as giving funds to young scientist to do research in our own country, setting up world class research institutes with all facilities, allowing more FDI and inviting foreign companies to set up manufacturing unit and R&D centers in our country's different corner, recognizing meritious people by giving more opportunities and all available resources.

Stop Brain Drain by appreciating Talent, Give same Infra for R&D as other Germany Does. giving enough money to everyone so as one can feel secure for housing , Food and Basic health services, monthly Pay from basic grade must be at least 50k.If you don't start to appreciate talent , INDIA will become poorest country in terms of quality Human resource. Reservation must be stopped. most of the corrupted persons are from Reserved category as they don't work and take their jobs as granted.eq.clerk

MODI JI, Please REDUSE EXAMINATION FEE of govt RECRUITING AUTHORITYS I wonder when abserved many recruitment notifications of central govt that they want to get money from unemployed youth rather than giving an opertunity.mostly general (oc) aspirants are losing their chance.we are unable to pay that much fee I.e Rs 600-1000.today also a notification from NABARD annouced 900rs as ecamination fee.
