Firstly the education system of our country must be refined, only focused on the type of Education. Then give opportunity to the eligible ones. Then give reservation on the basis of Earning not on CASTE basis.

EDUCATION, AGRICULTURE GDP & BOP We all know that in India a major portion population lives in village and are involved in agriculture. But their contribution in GDP is very less. If we are able to export all type of crops (Including cash crops, Medicine plants, Fruits, flowers, plants etc.) then we can balance our BOP. When our BOP will positive or negative BOP will be very less, no dough our currency value will go up, and all foreign investor will faith in our economy.

Secular country will never achieve top level growth & development..U can USA,CHINA & many others European country ... If we want to achieve highest level growth & development & want to secure our nation & next Gen. future then we shld maintain the first condition tht India shld be only Hindu Rastra ... At West Bengal [mainly Malda-732101] I [We] always try to convert minorities [mainly christians & muslims] who were earlier Hindus r desirous to returning to their ancestral religion ,& try to facilitate their initiation into the faith ..All Hindu[Real Indian] shld maintain the to reduce nation liability ..Lakh of Hindus were forcibly convert to muslims[from Mughal & Nawabs empire] & christianity[recently at bamongola, habibpure & kendpukur side] If they want to back their original ancestry nobody shld have any problem..there is no any kind of force ,temptation & misguidance .... As a real Indian & Hindu we shld also participate to visit girls colleges to create awareness about Love Jihad .Shld also approach mothers of marriageable Hindu men in order to persuade them to marry off their sons to muslims or christian girls ...... Lastly Secular country will never achieve top level growth & development.................

A B.Tech graduate, on joining a PSU like NTPC, is appointed on a basic pay of Rs. 24900. An Assistant Professor having a qualification of PhD plus 3 years of PostDoc experience joins on the scale of Rs 15600. Unless you remove such disparity and give due respect to the already dwindling pool of scientists, forget about reversing the tide of brain drain.
