brain drain is happening, purely due to 1.lack of opportunities due to caste-ism, financial backwardness, 2.lack of motivation in childhood because of the ignorance of parents in villages particularly of backward classes. 3.corrupted officials and leaders making intelligent s get into depression & to get addicted to alcohol and depressants to deactivate their brains.

We should explain and do counselling to all our IITians and Young People that how unfair and loss it is to leave our own parents and country after getting good intellectual and skills from our IITs and go to US bullshit. Instead Why don't they use their smart brains serve our Motherland for fighting against evil forces or for how to develop technology to Diffuse the Nuclear weapons power to defend those secret Pakistani shit of misusing nuclear power for destruction. Why don't they entrepreneur.

Brain drain happens because people with good brain either do not get right opportunity or right payment for intelligence or proper support for implementation.

Quality education is the first step to be maintained. Practical knowledge should be enhanced rather than only theoretical. There should be equality in casts and only fair system should be followed.

But unfortunately young girls who are not educated are left with no choice like these to a few countries.govt shud allow dem wid certain rules
