the basic reason why people go out for jobs is this is what they learn from their families in their own family they are taught about the luxurious life they can lead abroad and which is quite difficult to lead in India 2. other than this people many times don't get the resources. the resources in India are concentrated in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore... so government need to have resources in other places otherwise it would be difficult to reduce brain drain.

suggest all of eminent personalities.as per my view India was so successful nation in ancient era,but why ?there was a only reason for that that time farmer was happy and conventional professional like ,car painter,barber,gold smith were so developed their skills and techniques.but in British era and after independence there were no any government have consider this faculty as a skilled business men and no any university opened for their development for their technological knowledge.

In India Being Housewife becomes a double trouble ,first because of the pain of being disguised employed and second the media makes it a living hell of them by unduly glorifying female financial independence.My suggestion is that for House wives who are not in a position to work out of home should be given skill development incentives as well as job opportunities. There is a lot of work which can be done from home within goverment agencies which can be handed over to such ladies.Open for debate
