There is a large difference in work culture in India as compared to developed nations. MNC's which operate in India provide better facilities and work environment at same level in foreign countries. Indians are classified as cheap labours by such companies and the come to India just to make profit instead in light of their reputed image instead of serving people honestly. The UBER case, disrupted telecom etc. if monitored strictly, can improve the work environment & prevent brain drain in India.
