to create more and correct job for correct employ we should give them job according to their experiance or expertness.. we can develop our country only when every employ is perfert in work, willing to work, expert in work.... if he works happily so he work good and good... someone has interest in business and etc so we should give them a chance to work freely...

The Economic Extension effort is Needed sir, for that, select sufficient numbers of young vibrant economic leaders to sow the entrepreneurial ventures with the support of our social capital. Sir, correct catalytic voluntary economic leader person is important rather than creating infrastructure oriented smart cities Ex: Coimbatore Industrial Development by innovative leaders only and many of industrial estates and special economic zones are not grown up the next level.

Sir, Lack of proper remuneration is leading to brain drain.I ask you if you invest 10 lacs in educating your child you would also want him to earn at least much more than the money spent on his education.Because other countries are paying well for the talent of our students, to control brain drain we can induce foreign companies to invest in India and also increase the pay scales of jobs currently performed in India.

Can we try to re-gevunate the concept of cottage industries and allow a fixed portion of our house to be used for the purpose. A list of works/jobs may be fixed and allowed for public to work in house. Mpay important is it should be free from 'inspector raj' Power connection etc. My be given pn priority This can help job creation on a very large scale. Computer cafe in an out room of a house or any other worl towards digital India can also be part thereof

My suggestion is place qualified young people(MBA graduates) for gov banks because senior officers aren't giving respect for common people and very slow in processing they nearly took 53 minute to process a/c deposit process for just 4 people where in some private banks all workers are young energetic and very fast in work, i truly believe that those officers make us ill when going to the bank
