Despite the exponential growth in the Mobile Telephony, the irony is that even today, India does not produce much of the Equipment within the country. Slowly Chinese Vendors are being preferred due to price advantage.May be it is too late but still the Vendors particularly in the area of Data Transmission and 4 G telecommunication be forced to start manufacturing products within the country. Of course they will not agree voluntarily since every one has a manufacturing unit in China.

A lot of foreign automobile companies such as Audi, Mercedes, BMW, NISSAN etc. have assembling plants in India. As India is world second automobile markest these companies should forces to open their manufcturing plant in India. That will help in generating huge amount of jobs starting from infrastructure till the running plant. Above all luxurious cars would come in range of middle family too..

There is a system which is giving priority to caste and other reservation in education and jobs. This is one of the reasons. Other is education system is weak till the core, state governments are issuing permissions to private without checking standards. Also there's a need to improve government schools and colleges before going for thinking of brain drain. The standards of our education are no where close to what the market requires, we are book oriented than concept oriented.
