सरकार यह योजना बनाए की बेल एजुकेटेड इंजीनियर, डॉक्टर ,scientist आदि जो exam में 90 प्रतिशत हैं ,उन सभी का अलग-अलग Grup तैयार कर ,संयंत्र या उद्योग के लिये प्रेरित करना और सारी सुविधा देना चाहिए,जो इंजीनियर, डॉक्टर ,scientist पास होने के बाद विदेश चले जाते है उसे 100 प्रतिशत रोक कर उनके ज्ञान का फायदा देश मे ही लेना चाहिए।

YOUTH-ARMY-after initial grooming all recruitment for Army, all Government services, PSU & PSB politics and social services ,Agriculture and even willing Pvt Sector should be done from the Youth Army .Funding of this gigantic project should be done levying 1 % surcharge on all taxes, contribution from prospective employers and revenue from Youth army Make India factories, where these youth will work along with their study and training. This plan will develop a strong and corruption free INDIA.

our demographic structure is in favor of youngsters ,but so far we are not fully utilized our youth power.we should create a youth Army .All youth of 15 yrs+should be mandatory join this Army and provided free education,lodging and boarding.After 2 years they should be allocated to various sector like Army, Engineering,Medical,Rural development,Financial sector etc and again given specialized training as per their caliber ,interest and intellectual level with cultural,nationalism and humanities.

Guys, Brain Drain can be reduced by encouraging the youth to try n explore to new things( give chance to innovate n explore for benefits of India),change the Indians thinking regarding unity in diversity(ie to abolish castism), make youth understand their responsibilities towards parents and even towards MOTHER INDIA.

Sir, s Make holiday only for Chirstians on Chrismas day i.,25 th Dec. every year. Why system forces other communities to go on public holiday. Even Janmashtami and Sri Rama Navami, we do not have public holiday. What a stupidity particularly when we inspire most from Lord Krishna and Sri Rama.
