There is a need to review qualifications set for jobs. I cannot work in India. India needs engineering degree to work in safety I dont have one but i can in middle east as job requirements are much lower in the middle east. So i cannot help in creating a safe workplace in india. That is why guys like me work abroad We have no value in India Here we don't get jobs. There is a need to lower the job requirements. If not brain drain will happen no one can prevent it

Make in India is the only solution for job creation. On the contrary, the only working integrated circuit (IC) foundry (SITAR, Bangalore) is getting closed by DRDO bosses, who is already in extension and never used the above facility or does he know the value of having an indigenous IC. If really India want to become super power we should have our silicon foundry.
