Please provide more opportunity in govt, so that the intelligence can be used directly for the service of the motherland. For example, I am thousands of aspirants like me have been deprived of attempting the AFCAT exam. We have lost 4 to 5 chances which is unfair.

ban on reemploymemt of retd. govt. employees as consultant/on contractual basis/on remuneration basis/reappointment basis etc.

Make it compulsary that the people graduating from IIT ,IIM, NIT etc to compulsarily work in India for atleast 3 years, give them good opportunity and treat them well.

In our country we have lot of opportunity but due to slow process of recruitment people enforce to left the country. In armed forces, universities, schools and all government organisation takes more than one year to recruit the person. In research organization people unable to do proper research due to lack of funds as well as lengthy process of to use available funds. Its wish of govt. either they want fruitful output or clerk who maintain papers.

for making proper environment for industries and corporate first there should be good law and order. from my recent experience with police i knew that here police is like ruler as british and people is as slaves in british india. there is no accountability from police ,only police has right to ask questions from people. people can not ask question from police. they do whatever they treat and people of this country as second clas and thremselves as first class citizen. these things i encountered

मोदी जी देश को आगे बढ़ाने के लिये manufacture sector को प्रोत्साहन देना होगा जिससे रोज़गार उत्पन होगा आज कोई भी manufacturing नहीं करना चाहता क्योंकि manufacturing में 1 ,जोखिम ज्यादा है 2 profit trading से कम है 3, license ज्यादा लेने होते हैं 4, बहुत सारे department से निपटना पड़ता हे 5, Excise duty जो ट्रेडिंग पर नही हे 6,inventory ज्यादा होने के कारण Income Tax department ज्याद खाल खींचता है इन सब के बाद China से Rate मिलाने पड़ते हैं

contd. from previous....due to our working systems, bureaucracy, laws....It , therefore, becomes essential to simplify ur laws to start a new work & expediting the permissions required. Further some politeness on the part of our bureaucrats can help in changing their negative attitudes developed.Although we too hv world class institutions for research, teaching,jobs....Best talent selected from abroad can be given preferential treatment for the cause of national mission.

BRAIN DRAIN is caused by different reasons....e.g. Due to lack of world class universities in our country, students go to advanced countries for study & after the completion of studies, they take a job there itself due to good working atmosphere, better infrastructure, more social freedom. After working there for some years & earning money, a few of them want to return back & settle in india. But after coming back & planning to start some entrepreneurship work, they get frustated & demoralised .
