How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

The best way to stop brain drain is start trusting your own countrymen. The whole idea of brain drain is in this trust word. Give time to our own talent....even other countries also take time and money to do any kind of Rand D. The difference is that they do better is that they trust in there people.

In our country no good brains (technocrats) wants to join government job like good Docters. There is a valid ego clash between Beurocrates (IAS) and Technocrates which is the main cause of this mess. Why can't we have "polity" and "beurocracy" and as third pillar "technocracy" on same executive platform ? Why don't u plan to respect and take "technocrats" on board to build India ? Can we move without involvement of Technocrates the country forward ?

Giving chance to the youth of the nation to know about the country and helping there ideas. If they love there country, they will surely not leave it and be hopeful and positive that India is growing. Youth must be inspired to be job creators (entrepreneurs) and not job seekers. They can read about Flipkart and other companies and be inspired from them.

Levy more tax on people who go for studies in abroad and try to avoid them. Save foriegn exchange for country. Make a law where the embassies who provide visas to our citizens for going abroad for work or studies, has to get permission from our government and this will avoid them going abroad.

Send government envoys to top 100 best universities in the world & convince them 100 % to set up their university centre in india for south asia students & ban students seeking admissions to these universities abroad. By this avoid people of india going outside for studies and stay there to work and also conserve foreign exchange and intellectuals to move out of india.Do this within short span of time.

Study shows that when tribal are given access to forests then forests are more safe. If they cut trees then plant also and maintain jungles best way because they are natural dweller of jungles. This will help to bring tribal into main stream. This will make tribal self dependent as they can generate job through jungles
