Brain Drain is happening in various fields.Lets take an example of science & Research. Government has to not only fund researchers but pvt sector should also come in a big way. In our country the engineering colleges and their workshops are in pathetic condition. I can speak because it is something which i have suffered.The scientist getting stipend is also very less as compared to Western Countries.We need better Infrastructure, and less babu's(government empl) in research work.

Government weather report website need to update and it should be understandable easily to the public.

why the government companies hire only experienced person and they asked for gate scores only.why not they take the examination like ssc and upsc for all candidates those who passed in this examination can only be eligible for respective job.without doing work how we have experienced please change the procedure i have completed my engineering in 2013 in electronics and communication but when i try in my field then i face the word like experienced but i have no experience think on it sir.

Include more researches at college/university level and attract more companies in india to have their R&D centres.

Primary reason for brain drain in India is we do not have good higher education, good research opportunities. Another reason is that easy of doing business, specially for a startup. Even though we say we are tech savy but still there is no clarity on how tech startups to operate in India. Take the example of Uber, there was no rules and we realised until some untowardly incident happened.
