There are huge oppurtunities for jobs in India. Privatise all Municipal jobs and payment be made only after examining work completetion. This way new jobs will be created and India cleaning will be done. Contracts for garbage lifting, separation and disposing of should be given in all the cities, towns and villages. Vacant lands near markets should be converted into multistoried parkings on build operate models.

The major loss to India due to brain drain is in the field of higher education, science and engineering research. People coming out of universities do not find suitable industries to work for. We should increase spending in research and higher education.

We can stop 'brain drain' by creating more and more good job opportunities with best good facilities. We will have to make strong the person working at ground level. Once a person working at the lowest level is satisfied, he will do his job with honesty and his efficiency and effectiveness will improve which will lead to faster processing system and remove the confused and unmotivated system.

Mygov has given a space to express oneself on one of the many groups. But i think just posting our thoughts on this portal will not bring any Surajya as envisioned by PM Modi. Online tracking of VPP parcels should be regularly updated till the VPMO has been received by sender 2. VPMOs should be sent as e-MOs. 3. Complaint settlement shouldn't depend on hard copy. It should be done online/over the phone. 4. There should be a deadline for settling complaints.

We Indians feel that our education system is better than the American system. This is because we go through some rigorous courses. This is where we are wrong. They have a system called AP which provides childeren with rigouous studies and puts them ahead us. They can even skip a completw year of college after this. They also look at different aspects of a students life seperately rather than increasing their grades if they perform well in extracurriculars.

Ensure that the student teacher ratio in all the class in every single school, public or private, is below 1:20. Also, make every child sit on a bench away from the rest of the children so that he can study instead of chatting. This requires the tuition centers to close because childeren just listen to the same thing again and again wasting their potential and time.

Gov't should consider job compulsory for all citizens for min. Five years, recruitment with minimum salary keeping in view qualification, job knowledge. Thereafter let he/she decides whether to continue in Govt or move to private sector, or even start his own business. Govt should also encourage voluntary retirement after a period of say 15 to 20 years with pension or PF contributions and superannuation policy of LIC. This will allow new joinees and thus creation of jobs.
