But our education system teaches us work for others rather create work.A policy road map should be made in such a way that people from villages become entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship as a subject should be included at school level.It would be great if Prime Minister takes up this subject on his Man Ki Baat programme.Lets make the people job creators. If govt will take serious matter regarding so vast difference in the pay scale of same company worker of india compare to other countries i.e, it a person of india working un same I.t company is getting 30k monthly and the worker of foreign country of same IT company of same designation is getting 70k . Why such difference in sallary if this thingcwill be sort out then i am sure major ratio of brain drain will automatically stop because nobody want to leave ther nation until the having issue.

Proper facilities are not at all provided to our research scolars as well as to our research students many a times the stiphen which they are getting is not at all justified. So they are goung to other countries for getting appropriate value of their research. So if government will sort our this matter seriously and give special attention on research field then surely brain drain of our country will stop.

This is the highly growth potential small units can boom the indian GDP. There is so many scope for export article. If we promote the very tiny small units there is the maximum employment generation in this sector.
