How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Let us reframe this issue to how to get skilled Indians back to India and use the skills and competence that they have acquired overseas to grow our country. I recently learned that our atomic & space research program (and IITs) was built by such institution builders who were encouraged to come back and help build capabilities in India in 1970s. It is time to revisit that framework & leverage this talent pool that exists within our arm span. The 'brain drain' issue will largely solve itself.

Our youngsters are physically fit an mentally sharp. When they become physically and mentally strong the brain drain will automatically stop. They always look for change and better opportunities. From service one expects job satisfaction as well as monetary benefits. If a stable government can offer them at least one of theses many will stay back. They go out when they do not get either. A convincing offer will stop them going as well as bring back those who left.

Brain Drain is the result of under-employment and low wages in India. There are several ways to reverse this phenomenon out of which the most important is relaxation of business regulations. It is important to regulate business but it must be checked that the restrictions imposed does not hamper the normal functioning and profit making. For example in Punjab, the excess regulations imposed by the SAD government has led to closure of many business houses.......

Brain drain could be a new terminology to modern social livings. The generation gap of digital age, migration and reverse migrations, transitions of Industrial world to Asia (China) must cope with new trend of materialism. The haves and have nots, Roti Kapada, Makkahan channels changed to more consumers choice.Every one required more sophisticated items for travels, communications and daily livings. The manufacturing, and service industry must encourage and make maximum productive ways to get rid .
