the job apportunities are less in our contry resulting 'brain drain'.Therefore to stop brain drain job apportunities have to be increased.The policies have to be reviewed & changed who are obctacles to create industrialisation.In our country policies are placed in having negative approches,in this way the results are negative.the policy of working hour-8 huors in a day for one person is not implimented strictly as jobs are not secured in private organosations, if this policy is implimented strictly job apportunities will increase.The lac of infrastructures are main issues for growth in new industries;main issues is power/electicity. FDI is needed in heavy industries & in health sector to creat more jobs.The highly qualified persons are moving out as they are not getting jobs upto their satisfacotry level.The environment & facilities should be provided to attract the 'Brain'.
