How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Brain Drain !!!.Dear PM...You have a good intent but it is long journey to go.Can real business leaders (Bill gates, steve Jobs of India) teach in Bschool where u make 'PHD' as mandatory? Are the innovators recognized by our rigid systems? Are policy thinkers encouraged to join nation building? Can entrepreneurs survive in this painful startup ecosystem? Can a small boy/girl dream,do what they love in this hierarchical & "Mera Baap yehi kiya,Maine bhi yehi kiya,Ab tum bhi yehi karna" society?

Govt must help small enterprise to increase their business like easy loan easy transport and also benefits in taxes to enhance their business. And also the most important thing is that Bank and other govt organisations must help some new business mans(the youth of India) to start their own business and provide them easy loan against their stock encourage the new business mans to start their own business in small capital from them and small capital from govt in form of loan to reduce unemplyment

There will be great demand for translation services from countries like Mexico & non English speaking countries in the the Europe & Asia.We could become global hub for translation services. We need some indepth analysis in this area.Global trade (EXIM forms) is one main area I know there will be great need. The other area is in global merger & acquisition integration (cross country culture). As Indians are good in English & many learn foreign languages..We can easily develop thier raw talent...

There can be no direct solution to stop the 'brain drain'. The best solution is to improve our motherland so much that those who have gone for 'Green'er pastures will return to it for the same reasons that they have chosen to go there. They will realize that there is no better country in the world than our Bharat to spend their God given life in.

In indian companies still lots of people are working as a off roll employee, the term off roll means low salaries, no bsnefit and there is no promotion plan. So you are requested to monitor big private organisation so every employee can earn equally and can rise his standard. This can help to stop telant waste.

Brain drain in India is not only migrating of people to India to other countries. In public sector undertakings like ONGC, job creation within the organisation by way of elevation is affected by way of discretionary marks given to the top management. Over and above, the recruitment is also paralised by way of favourable allotment of marks in interviews which should also be removed for better job creation by way of restricting only written exam marks and qualification marks for ensuring fairness.

Due to the lack of nationality in some corrupt government employees people did not like India. They face a lot of problem for simple government related works like ration card, Driving licence . So first change the trend of government offices.Reshape some government offices who are not working well.Find the corrupt people and give them hard punishment.
