To stop brain drain then please increase the sallary of deserving candidates .it will automaticly stop.

providing basic infrastructure facilities we can stop brain drain.Youth have ideas,plans but no place to execute.

Sir, why retire Govt SERVANTS at 60 Yrs age. Allow them to work till they are healthy &doing productive work.Retirement at 60 is no way of creating employment for the young. This is wastage of Talented & experienced man power.

Sir, Hamare yaha Loksabha ke 540 constitutions hai, jo pure bharat ko cover karte hai. Kyu na hum make in India ke tahat 540 jagah pe 540 company or industry chalu kare. Ek company me kum se kum 5000 logo ko direct or hajaroko indirect rojgar milega. Esse all over India Rojgar milega aur pure desh ko bhi cover karega. Har ek constitution ki apni alag pehchan hoti hai.e.g. Solapur famour for Textile industry. So yaha textile industry chalu ho sakti hai.

शिक्षा के क्षेत्र मे computer शिक्षक की भर्ती कर बहुत सारे लोगो को रोजगार और डिजिटल इंडिया प्रोग्राम को पूरा करने का स्वपन पूर्ण किया जा सकता है ..computer शिक्षक की भर्ती क्लास 1 से होगी तो आने वाली पीढ़ी डिजिटल इंडिया प्रोग्राम के लिए पूर्णत: तैयार होगी ,,, अच्छे दिनो की शुभ कामनाए ध्न्यवाद

स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को मानरेगा से जोड़ कर रोजगार बड़ाये जा सकते है जिससे स्वच्छ भारत अभियान और रोजगार अभियान दोनों मे सफलता मिल सकती है

मेरी सरकार से यह अनुरोध है कि कम्प्यूटर शिक्षा अनिवार्य हो हर सरकारी विद्यालय, हाई स्कूल , इण्टर कालेज, में एक अनिवार्य विषय के रूप में कम्प्यूटर का विषय हो । पूर्णकालीक शिक्षक रखे जाये जैसे - हिन्दी , भूगोल, आदि विषय के होते है। अाउटसोर्सिंग बंद हो इससे योग्य शिक्षक नही मिल पाते । इस युग में सरकारी कम्प्यूटर शिक्षा मिले की लड़का इण्टर पास होते होते लगभग कम्प्यूटर को जान व समझ सके। देश के सभी राज्यों मे आयोग द्वारा नियमित कम्प्यूुटर शिक्षको की भर्ती की जाये तभी शिक्षा में पार्दशिता आ सकती है।

Decision to lower the age of retirement from 60 to 58 will not only create employment but also save expenditure on this. If 5 promotions will be given to each person in career, whatever his/her entry level. This will shake the entire bureaucracy and development will speed up. The government employees other than group 'A' officers will die for this government and for our hon'ble modi ji. Please think over it.......................

Swachh Bharat movement showing good results,old vehicles,bikes etc parked in streets and bazars just for encroachment purpose cause traffic problem and garbage also dumped near them difficult to be cleaned.stricket action be taken to remove these vehicles creating problem for public

Nothing is worth if there if there is not a fame/Money and the support/comfort to achieve it. so basically considering these four point, government should propose a schemes which can stop the people leaving the country or bring back who are already left the country. things like, first of all who ever are leaving to abroad, their reason are analysed thoroughly like purpose of stud, why there not here...whats advantage are there..etc, if any alternatives are available in country, suggestin for it
