our country mostly lacks encouragement in all fields...if all those minds are encouraged and paid to a certain extent of what they expect and improving our economic level so that they dont have to leave our country to earn more.

I am going to start computer Education centre for that If Govt. Will recognise and certified this centre after inspection so that I can give the better education in min fees and certificates also..then the education and job both creation is possible..Concluding I want to say that to help those type people and certified there centres..that is benificial for younger teachers and students also....

Brain drain is a great loss to anyu country. To stop this brain drain we must open attractive job opportunities , better facilities for research projects, lessen the policy of seat and job reservations so that the deserving candidates are not diheartened to take a step about leaving their own country and going abroad

Central Government should provide some incentives (may be through Budget) to set up manufacturing unit in Towns with population of say 50,000 +, this incentive may increase with number of employees say 50 or 100 or 200, This incentives should be made to first 50 such units. Govt. may issue some type of Identification Number to enable them to get / claim incentive. This will help small towns to develop, create more jobs at towns which will stop migration of Individual to big cities.

Government should provide Grants, 0% interest loans wherein brightest minds can apply with their ideas and basic prototypes (10-15% of the product life/process cycle) and work with government to bring those ideas to LIFE (government-individual partnership programs). That will not only help Make in India campaign possible with locals but will create jobs as well. If government can do that then there will be no brain drain. Brightest minds will stay and make India proud globally.

24 x 7 Electricity is a mission of Modi government. Solar PV systems can partially help in this direction. Presently, govt. gives subsidy on solar systems. This subsidy as any other subsidy is a source of corruption. There is a suggestion to allow investment in solar power as expense in Income Tax. This will lead to inflated/phantom billing. May I suggest that Solar systems be made EXCISE and VAT duty free. It will encourage many person to install solar system and avoid lot of hassle all around.
