All students must work in their own fields for at least 2 years after completing GRADUATION. An Engineer should not be allowed to do MBA in Finance, HR, etc till he works in his own field for at least 2 years. Students waste money and time by studying something and doing something else. This is sheer waste of a seat which could have been better utilized by another better candidate. Government must make it mandatory to work in same field in which graduation is done.

Its not that we don't have jobs in our country. But, its only that we mostly don't know about it. Thus, only way would be to train people and eradicate unemployment by closing the gap between job and human resource. I also, have an idea to do so. Creating jobs for people is good idea, but who thinks about the third gender #Transgender, they dont get jobs anywhere because its hurts the ego of other two genders, they beg on the roads, in the train's and so on, till now no government has worked for them, recently i was in mumbai, i was amazed to see the number of transgenders their, its very hard life which they are living. government should create some MSME where only they can work and not the other genders, it will give some self respect
