How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Decision Makers in India need to develop the twin paradoxical qualities of "PROFESSIONAL WILL" and "PERSONAL HUMILITY" in all walks of economy and social life to stop 'brain drain'. Decision Makers have been imposing their whims and fancies developed over the ages on the professionals (male and female) who do not tolerate it any more. This transformation of decision makers should start from educational institutions where newly trained professionals are groomed.

As Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela said,”Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. I believe in this....... Where our India Education stands not even a single university inside top 100 in world rankings, still many illiterate peoples are in our country. Government should come forward to invest billions of dollars in Research area and also to modify our current Indian Education system...

I propose that the government should set up 125 central universities, across Bharat, one university each for one crore population. Each university should have medical college, sports academy, center for tradition and culture in addition to science education and research. Engineering and management education should be left for IIT and IIM. Government should fund 100 crore annually for each university. Advantages: Medical and sports facility across Bharat and study of local traditions, culture

Proposed increasing retiring age of scientists in a good government is much delayed hurting the retiring scientists who almost become handicap in extending the mature thoughts and its translation into products after leaving laboratory. Hence in the interest of the nation it is important to be impartial by announcing the increasing of superannuation age without delaying single day.

If we want to stop the brain drain from country the most important thing is that create the environment for the skilled professionals. We should make them happy by giving them some type of incentive linked work which can be very helpful for our country.
