Sir, Why don’t “Pay Commission” recommendations get implemented across “Information Technology(IT)” companies as well? Some private schools, private banks have implemented these recommendations whenever they come in. If you stay in one IT company for a long period of time, they don’t increase your salary considerably and it creates salary discrimination within the same company. Please make necessary changes in the laws and ensure its implementation; to eradicate salary discrimination.Thanks!

Dear Sir, Brain drain is a major problem of our country and the main reason is attractive offer made by private companies, foreign countries. Now a days our financial institution employees are doing strikes just for salary even though they are producing thousands of cror profit for govt and govt is not intended to focus on this type issue. Most of the young talented youths are resigning from public sector bank and moving toward privates.This is very big cause of concern for PSB's loosing talent

I have an idea for movie makers and for those who can invest their money actually I was thinking that we should make a platform for people to invest in movie making and when the movie reliese all people will get their share according to the income of movie. With this we can encourage people to make good movies and invest their money.

The open loot made by d IBPS/Central/State/PSU org's durng recruitment exercises shud stop. They charge hefty amounts as examination fees like Rs.600/- for general candidates whereas for the reserved candidates they're charged Rs.50 or in some cases nothing. This is not fair at all, why only general candidates have bear the brunt?. 100-200 rupees would be justified 3 suffice, given the expenses they incur during the same. Such things infact discourage ppl 4m humble background in applying 4 exam
