its not a great idea to replace a 30K salaried govt person with only 3-5K salaried pvt man.it will create a financial gap in society that will lead a unrest in system. make it systematically first create buffer than replace old with new.

sir, I am krisha nagvenkar. I would like to ask a question. My question is that they say that we should not do any cast discrimination but if we see around us there are schemes for ST and SC castes and those schemes are not applicable for general people. people who are poor are more in general.this can also be called as caste discrimination. so I request to make these schemes applicable for general people.

mr. prime minister in recent time as u start to discourage the govt employee system its welcomed but go slow on this as the reducing in work force is not a great idea when u dont replace old with new. how it would be if u first post at least half of work force what u expecting after 58 age limit people will vacant.and unorganised pvt. system is dangerous to society u cant expect a society development with a small contractor who work for the big guns.

We appreciate the efforts made for starting new business like online permissions and one window clearance. Real problem is about the problems and harassment to entrepreneurs who are already running industries. Many of them are producing world class products and import substitute products. They are doing national service by saving huge foreign exchange. No government has honored them or even appreciated the efforts taken by them especially in the field of small and tiny industries.Lets Hope.
