How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Provide more facilities for the capable person both at work place and at residential side.It is mainly they get favorable conditions on both ends in foreign countries besides good perks. Moreover there are not many opportunity in my country.

not possible to stop brain drain, without dismantling (or reducing by at least half its size) babudom of india (combined strength of central, state and local body employees) whcih is anti-business, anti-merit, anti-economic growth and anti-citizen prosperity. It is being run by 'bhure angrez' in the same manner, in which british used to run for exploitation of indians. Modiji, after raising hopes of all, has consumed 10% of his tenure but not declared his road map on this issue. pl see attached

For students of IIM or ITs and any prominant institute, an agreement should be there between students and the government, that after completion of their study, if they wish to go out of the country, the period should be restricted for 3 or 5 year, thereafter they have to come back to Bharat, to serve the nation.
