How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

कृपया ३० से ३५ के उम्र बीच के बेरोजगारो का एक समूह बनाइए जिस से ये पता चल सके कितने लोग अच्छे पढ़े लिखे और मौका मिलने पर बेहतर काम कर सकते है ,इस से पलायन को आसानी से रोका जा सकता है,आजतक किसी सरकार ने ३० से ३५ के बरोजगारों की चिंता नहीं की ,यहाँ तो रिटायर लोगों को दुबारा मौका मिलता है फिर ३० से ३५ के उम्र के बरोजगारों को क्यों नहीं

1. Please support All Engineering Medical Colleges. For NRIs we want our kids to do Standard 5 to Graduation in India. But with the kind of Fees that we require to pay is increasing exponentially. 2. Earlier Students were leaving India for Post Graduation and Doctoral work. Nowadays, with high Fees for Graduation, Students are leaving India even after 12 for higher Education. 3. Please allow Yoga to be a Profession with Integrating Trainers Indiawide and Make India Superpower in Yoga Training.

1. Please Train Farmers to Grow Ayurvedic Herbal Plants and cut and store them. 2. Please give Ayurvedic Doctors the Permit to start Pharmacies and register and sell the Drugs with Govt Approval , but less Red Tape. This will give Cash Crop to Farmers and also make Ayurvedic Doctors competitive to Alopathics , in financial Terms. They can invest in Research. 3. Please Allow Ayurvedic Schools and Treatment Centers to be opened India wide so that Patients from all world will have more Options.

Reduce the retirement age of government servants from 60 to 58 years and provide employment opportunity to unemployed young youth of the country.

Sir, Service limit should be reduced from 60 years to 58 or 57 years in the ASSAM RIFLES. At present only Assam Rifles has 60 years service limit, another Para Military Forces has 57-58 years service length. Service limit kam karne se youths ko Rojgar ke Awasar milenge or India me unemployment ko dur karne me help milage.

Ye "Brain Drain" Kya ! ise yada sarmanak batt ye he ki MGNREGS Jyesa Scheme hote hue bhi Bharat ke Log ki SARIRIK MEHNAT bhi bahar des ko DRAIN Ho ja raha he. Aur bhi ek batt he ki ye MGNREGS ke Foundation i. e. The GRAM ROZGAR SAHAYAK (GRS) kitna Remuneration pate he ye ap apni State Govt. se jankari prapt kare. Ye GRS Gram Panchayat me kitna Kam karte hein ap ye pata lagasakte hein. They are appointed only for MGNREGS, but work for entire GP Works. Ap Bichar kare, Ye log DRAIN honge ki nehi ?
