india has a wide strengh number of student in forestry colleges.the gov every year spent money in forestry education and after graduation all student are do work in different sector but not in forest services!!!?.so give apportunity to them for a use of better green cover to india.

Brain Drain concept is unknown to me. but i have enquired and regarding this issue i would like to suggest to get instead of creating opportunities try to get clients from different sources because where there is need there we have opportunity.once need is starts existing in the country, opportunities are offered.

There is no short term solution. India has to come up as better place to live and work. Only if quality of life increases and work is appreciated then only it will be able to stop brain drain and in fact will see "reverse brain drain".
