How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

In India lot of politics goes on in corporate world , people who are hardworking are to be rewarded instead of the non hardworking , In India we have no laws for controlling the employment in the private sector unlike govt. sector

Sir, I am living in Ghaziabad, on my way to college, where i completed my graduation, there exists a toll bridge, in dasna, officially the toll bridge contract isover. But the localites over there, still running that toll illegally, and the are leaving vehicles starting with UP-14(GHaziabad), but charging toll fee from all others, I heard its just because they are bribing local cops there the address of toll bridge is - NH-24, Dasna, Near Sunderdeep Engg. College, GZB, If req cntct me-9910164433

increase income for local government: 1. building permission fee: map,seeing and suggestion. 2. water testing. 3. property taxes: should give landlord/tenant. 4. water bottling. 5. destination's distance certificate. 6. destination-display board--nominal fee.

Govt, Pvt Sector & society together should make the environment where new ideas are welcomed, supported & encouraged. In Education Sector,let's make our institution global leader in terms of imparting skills required all over the world to tackle new-world's problems & issues.We will then have Brain-Gain instead of Brain-drain. R&D should be the driver for Growth & Development. All individuals & enterprises encouraging & sustaining R&D,should be rewarded highlighting the importance of innovation

अभी ब्रेन ड्रेन जैसी कोई समस्या अब देश मे नहीं है.॥ हा कुछ समय पहले इसके काफी बुरे प्रभाव यहाँ देखने को मिल रहे थे... .. लेकिन पिछले बीस साल मे हमारे पास उच्च क्षमता से युक्त युवाओ की एक बड़ी फौज खड़ी हो गई है,॥ और जो लोग विदेश जा रहे है उसका कारण उन्हे वहाँ अच्छा परिवेश मिलता है... हम जैसे जैसे आगे बढ़ेंगे ऐसे लोगो का देश मे रुकने के प्रति रुझान बढ़ेगा॥ लेकिन इस बात को लेकर अब सरकार को ज्यादा चिंतित होने की जरूरत नहीं...
