Sir, I am living in Ghaziabad, on my way to college, where i completed my graduation, there exists a toll bridge, in dasna, officially the toll bridge contract isover. But the localites over there, still running that toll illegally, and the are leaving vehicles starting with UP-14(GHaziabad), but charging toll fee from all others, I heard its just because they are bribing local cops there the address of toll bridge is - NH-24, Dasna, Near Sunderdeep Engg.
