How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

We must add our technical expertise in productivity of industry. For instance we can add an industry specific internship program in technical education courses like B.Tech, MSC etc. Industry will give wages and experience to new comers and in turn will get somewhat cheaper man power and after some time they may get experienced people in their industry. Universities and industries must unite for growth of each other.

SME trying hard to survive. Need government help to get all the connections/documents at owners place after filling single form. This will avoid time consuming to start new business. Single tax can be implemented to owners/SME then internally government can distribute as required. Export guiding seminars can be arranged at district level to help for Export.

Dear MODI Sarkar. Our Suggestions for Good Governance are as follows: 1. MLA / MP has to work with Public and spend their fund (ones in a week). 2. MLA / MP has to go Sangh Karyalya at every Sunday - to use Sayam Sawak to implement their suggestion with time bound manner. He has to make activity plan along with Sayam Sawak. 3. There should be quarterly survey by Sayam Sawak for the performance of MP/MLA. 4. Special survey to be conducted at every village - quarterly. Sanjay Agarwal & Team

Can we make our many Govt Offices to work in shift wise like If we make RTO(Road & Transport office) to work in two shift 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm it will help many office goers to finish RTO work before or after hours. Also in this hours traffic is also less and will help any1 to reach RTO office easily. Also when we go with two shift it will help to increase some employment which helps ppl. same way many dist Court can work round the clock and can help to solve the tons of pending cases
