How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

To stop brain drain we first need to know the reason for the same. Brain drains are basically caused due to plenty of opportunity and infrastructure abroad and a false feeling that there are no opportunities here the system is always at fault and we have no infrastructure. We can stop this by creating a positive environment here instilling a feeling in each indian that "yes we can" & WE WILL.

in many popular institutes like IITs many students come there because of reservations. a oc student may have more zeel to do something for the country but such students are supressed. Obviously brilliant students gets less facilities like improper faculty, poor library etc Reservations should be decreased for most famous institutes

My single question to govt. Is that 51% seats of general should be isolated. So that none other reservationist could take our seat. I am not taking resrvation of any backward i just asking my right.they have reservation so be under it. Do not take our seats. If U are General then like and share it.so shri modi ji i hope that you will ponder on this r topic and i will be waiting for your response. IF YOU WILL NOT REPLY ON THIS POST I WILL SURE MYSELF THAT THIS WEBSITE IS JUST MADE TO FOOL PEOPLE

In india neta says we are becoming modern.but reallty is that if they are given full authority they will not hesitate in giving 90% reservations in jobs like manjhi the dalit neta of bihar. I want to shri modi that what you are doing for us. After 5-6 years years the day will come when only 10-15 general will become ias. Govt. Provide relaxation for backward caste.but they do not think that millions of families of general still are poor.then why they do not give reservations to them.

As per modern India the reason why india lacking in engineering sector and defense technology from other countries because reservation. Many general candidates in find tough to take admission in govt. Colleges the obc or sc/st candidate which gains more than general cut off gains good college and also thrashes the one seat of general. If other backward castes had reservation then, the govt. Should pass bill that .if we cannot take seats of obc or sc/st in the same way they should nt tke our seat

to Stop brain drain 1.Education structure should be improved. most of the brightest mind go abroad for study and then never come back. they go there because it is a general perception that study abroad has more weight-age as compared to study in India. ( no Indian university at top level). also no reservation there 2.Create more job opportunities here & job security as well. Pay them well, give them facilities. 3.Infrastructure and life style should be improved. 4.easy govt. policies

If i will be PM of India than make a policy and instruct all CM create that much jobs that people dnt need to move outside the country. And we already know that india has so much scope of job creation.First step to that need to control our population growth..so in available resources we can able to provide or create job for each and every eligible youth.
