jobs can be created by creating a job centre where one can go and register and access is given to all employers and categories are there like office ,factory ,school ,list your self as per your experience and employers can scan the ability fit guys there as per requirement all of these centres can be connected on internet and any one who wants to work comes here and this should be for unemployed illiterate and semi literate candidates in particular .

Modi govt promised to bring black money stashed abroad .but what about the black money generated in Real estate transactions , every house purchased in mumbai and other parts of country major portion payment is asked in black , so much of black money is generated daily and then is un accounted , what steps goverment is taking on these ?

The greatest reason for brain drain is that in our country eligible people are either not provided with appropriate job or with appropriate salary. To stop brain drain, it must be taken care that all the vacancies should be carefully filled time to time and together with government sector, salaries in private sector should also be monitored so that talent provides its best value to all, i.e. the organisation, the country as well as the individual.

Awareness needs to be created amongst the youth about what they need to study, read, build competence in to get jobs- just doing a BA in Economics may not bring them a job.

I selected four areas of work where I could contribute, however all the tasks show a closed? what does that mean, have they been completed?? Or are enough people working on the issues and challenges.

the job opportunity creation is a challenging factor for many countries esp. india, government jobs should be divided like for one post make it into three posts, depending on their performance provide promotion and also the one idle to fire him.
