it better to create govt job for the people to its resident place only. this will help the people from roaming outside the state or district. It also helps people expenditure of travelling and other expenses. It will also benefited for reduce cost of expenses given to employee by the govt. It is one of the saving method. person also able to protect family interest in the time of bad incidents.

Instead of giving tax benefits to the MNC companies by looking into the number of jobs they create, the focus should be moved to the number of job creators they could create. If they are recruiting 1000 students/employees by the start of the year, they should be able to create at least one job provider out of those 1000. This will reduce the brain drain and will create more number of jobs.& If colleges also gives first slot to those companies, the number of opportunities will increase in India..

I left the shores of India as a Doctor, though there were opportunities here. But every stage there was massive corruption mainly by the bureaucrats, which I could not cope. Some of my very bright colleagues left to USA, UK etc like me because they were supposed to be from a Upper Hindu caste. Brain drain will continue unless there are opportunities here. I came to invest here from the UK and suffering from unending red tape, unabated corruption- they ask and take in the open office. ..

Sir, you are asking for only first class in all academics then why we have cut off as only pass marks if we keep first class marks as pass marks everyone will get a job.

For working in foreign countries some times people are mislead by Dalas and pays Rs20,000/- or more to get a service and even-if they were kidnapped by local people So govt have to register all passport and well-know all the records of that company

During year 1970 to 1990 the term of brain drain has some value, Now a days more than Lacs of youth increases in every year & became unemployed, Govt have to take advantage of this youth power or issue Driving Licence, Passport, Visa etc by free of cost

Students in India migrate to foreign countries for job is not because we lack opportunities in India, it is because they are not aware of opportunities that we have here. Government should create awareness among students about opportunities in sectors like banking and other PSUs. Working conditions in these areas should be made convenient for young generation to work here.

Dear,PM INDIAN GOVT. should draw their attention to the import of the weapons and fighter crafts from other countries. Now why are not we thinking in a broader basis of creating our own weapons! This drains a lot of money and fellow countrymen are also losing their chance to do something for their country in terms of production of own weaponry that can protect our own civilization. So please trigger ideas regarding this aspect. Thank You
