How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

professionals look for settling abroad due to lack of facilities and amenities as other countries. moreover crime rate in india also add to the cause. till now doctors and engineers are the ones who DRAIN towards good countries for a better std of living with ease. but now bankers, who anchored the indian economy during the great recession triggered in 2008, will also start draining due to being paid very less. they are very hard working as compared to other employees but paid very less. By opening up opportunities for freshers and experienced candidates in government sector without a merit exam. Focus should be more on intellectual ability and personality instead of academic and bookish knowledge because a person will eventually learn by practicing not by reading.

Many talented doctors/engineers are going abroad just because they get high pay in the other country and with a dream for living a luxurious life. There is a need to focus on the income of the individuals in the country. Some work hard but get less pay while some others get high pay even if they work less. This inequality in pay and work is hindering people to leave abroad. Corruption caste priority and influence should also be demolished to have a better India.

By creating more job opportunities in our own country. As I am an IT professional , I will give you an example from my field.See almost every organisation ,be it Public or Private needs an IT infrastructure and services for smooth functioning and efficient management of resources .And most of these organisations have collaborated with foreign MNCs for providing IT services. If we can create some indigenous companies and get the work done by our own,we can definitely stop 'brain drain'.

Respected Sir, It is bring to your kind notice that I worked In Indian Veterinary Research Institute of ICAR on contracted base since 2009. But, sir abhi Institute ne supporting staff ke post ki advertisement aaya hejisme mujhe(sab)kuch benefit nahi mila he. Sir esse mujhe kafi gahara aaghaat laga he ki government hamare liye kuch nahi kar rahi he hum jo 3-4 salon se kaam kar rahe he uska fal kuch nahi. Yahan kaam kar rahe sab log kah rahe he ki ab to government ka koi bharosanahi karna he.

Fighting terrorism: The trend of self sacrifice terror units is catching up globally. An effective way to check the menace will be, to pledge, that come what may, the terrorist’s demands will not be accepted. In due course of time, the terrorists will realize that this tactic will not achieve any results, except bloodshed. Thank you.
