How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Brain drain is defined as the migrantion of health personal in search of the better standard of living and quality of life high salaries access to advance technology and more. Provide solution which would enable immigrant health professional to share their knowledge skills all innovative capacity..

sir,thank you for the vision of 100 smart cities to be developed in india but if the development will be in the hands of present set up we should not expect the smart cities to take the shape because the departments have no vision and these kind of projects should be implemented by visionaries. anil

Government servants are taking the salary of 12 months & attending the office only for six months. Actual output is the subject of CBI investigation. In private field, everyone has to work every day to survive.This time, Saturday, Sunday & Monday – three day holiday. Is it fair?

Vice President or a traitor Dear PM Sir, Is it not Mr.Mohammad Hamid Ansari’s duty to salute Indian flag, in public programme? Or is it optional? A police case must be filed by declaring him a traitor for insulting Indian flag. If I am wrong, kindly explain or take necessary action.

Mainly IT and Engineering students and professional going abroad for better opportunity..... to stop this you have to make IT hub in every states of India where this students can do better research work and most important is having attractive salary structure and facilities.

Respect Hon'able PM Sir, Request you to share your vision in connection with Development/ Upgrade skills of Indian work force through Government and or Industry involvement especially for underprivileged sections of society and backward regions of the country. And how can maximum people have benefit of skill development initiatives. What are current initiatives being taken by Govt or Industry. Thanks
