How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

For Mumbai, a big boost to local employment will be the tourism sector. Currently, a police license under section 33 of the Mumbai Police Act is a must. A VERY DIFFICULT AND UNNECESSARY PROCESS. Hence, Mumbai does not have any B&B lodges in the list maintained by Incredible India and MTDC. Both have a good scheme but is not practical The permission for the B&B lodging should be left to Incredible India and MTDC as they have regulations. Mumbai Tourism will be economical and local will get jobs.

We feel there should be report card & work Status of each & every Chief Minister. as per my thoughts following aspect should be added by central Gov- 1.Work & project of Development of 5 years should be decided at time of oath taking Ceremony . 2. every 6 month review of their work . 3.Announcement for development or any extra work for development should be awarded . 4. Failure of development with in 5 year should be punished by court . and so on...............................

Govt. employees and their families can't open business in India and that's an archaic policy. Allow them to form businesses on condition that they have to take on board fresh garduates from Engg and Tech or MBA schools also. This will increase the economic activity in India. At present huge money from govt employees are laid idle at bank deposits or even worse as gold jwellery in safe deposit lockers. Mobilise them to the cause of the national economy.Contol unemployment and brain drain this way

We Indians have carried the colonial mentalility of being a worker rather than being an enterprise owner. The entrepreneurial mind set must be develop from the early school days. It's better to a job provider than a job searcher. I have a few humble proposals to Honourable PM: 1. Give inspiration and incentive to Engg and Tech graduates to create own corporations based on innovative ideas. 2. Lift the ban on Govt employees to form business.
